Statement Regarding COVID-19
To Our Customers, Community, and Employees,
For 30 years, we have treated our customers, community, and employees like family. Through all of the ups and downs, as a family, we are all in this together. With that being said, we add this commitment to our “Guaranteed Right, Day or Night!”promise. Given the current public health situation, we promise that we are making every effort to continue to bring comfort to your home, while limiting any potential health risk to your family and our employees. We thank you for the trust that you have put in our team at A#1 Air, and can assure you that now more than ever, your safety and security is our top priority.
We are asking for cooperation from our customers to help us keep our commitment to the health of our communities. By answering a few screening questions when booking appointments with our call center, we hope to protect our staff and your family from any unnecessary exposure.
We are here for you during this time, and as a result, have taken dedicated action to keep you and our employees safe. Consistent with government recommendations, A#1 Air has implemented the following health and safety measures:
- Reinforced health standards, virus prevention awareness and safety procedures have been communicated to all employees with respect to our front-line, customer interacting employees, as well as for our office and warehouse staff.
- All Field staff will have the necessary products and supplies to keep them self-sanitized and we are limiting their exposure, through measures like our drive-thru warehouse loading, to have the least amount of person to person contact. Any necessary group meetings are being conducted remotely through skype and web platforms. We have activated additional measures to sanitize products placed on service trucks.
- We have instituted and encourage responsible acts of self-monitoring among all of our employees. Employees that can work from home are doing so. We have hired additional staff to increase our internal cleaning capacity.
In addition to the above, we are available to answer any specific questions or concerns you may have during this time. We are grateful for your loyalty and support, and look forward to keeping you and your family comfortable with all of your home service needs.
